We will carry out an honest assessment of your readiness to work. If we don’t think you’re right or ready for a particular job, we’ll tell you.
We’ll then be with you every step of the way until we find the right position for you. Once you’re working, we will keep in touch by carrying out regular appraisals to ensure you are learning on the job and meeting your employability competences.
Some candidates come back to us for help to find their second and third jobs to develop their careers.
